Step 1. RTF laminated to aluminum sheet. Please note that we can laminate to virtually any sheet subscrate ( steel, aluminum, ABC, PVC, etc. ) as well as honeycomb panels.

One of the benefits of ARVINYL's "patent pending" laminating systems was unveiled at the 2006 Global Shop show in Orlando. Because our new environmentally friendly laminating system cures at such low temperatures, we can now laminate RTF ( Rigid Thermo Foils) to virually any sheet material or honeycomb composite. The design and color offerings are unlimited.

These foils are the most durable in the market place and won't crack on impact like HPL. RTF was developed to be formed into three-dimensional shapes for components or finished products such as kitchen cabinet doors, store fixtures, displays, furniture, etc. and eliminates the need for edge banding ( no more seams to hide dirt and germs and no more sharp corners).
